Center for Petrochemical, Energy and Technology
The new 133,000 square foot building will house the petrochemical training and certification programs. The building will be comprised of classrooms and simulation rooms for the technical development of students. The building will also house offices, a conference room, and include a process plant to simulate plant operations. The project will require development of the site on Central Campus to Include grading and drainage systems, installation of water, waste water, and natural gas lines. The project will also include installation of electrical service to the building from the existing campus primary distribution system, as well as, connection of hot and chilled water pipes to the existing Central Plant.
